All Fitness Redefined classed and personal training sessions are a time efficient 30 minutes. All our classes/PT sessions are custom tailored for differing abilities and this helps us continually evaluate, proper form and alignment for maximized outcomes and MOTION for LIFE.
Scheduling a Transformation Session is your first step. In this session an FR performance coach will evaluate your movement, compensation patterns, and fitness level to better recommend what would be the best path for you.
Transformation Sessions are absolutely FREE! It’s our way of making sure that both Fitness Redefined and the client are on the same page and that Fitness Redefined is the last stop on your health and fitness journey.
You can sign up right through our website (Class Schedule Page) or you can create an account though MindBody (www.mindbodyonline.com). You can also download the MindBody app and search for us there. Then just pick the class you would like to sign up for and we’ll see you at the studio.
At Fitness Redefined there are no membership fees. We are a results driven studio so you only pay for the services you use. We will earn your business by showing you the result you’ve been looking for.
Fitness Redefined is a private boutique fitness studio. Because of this our hours are by appointment or according to the class schedule.
Yes! We offer childcare from 8:30-10:00, M-F. If you have an appointment with us outside of those times and need childcare, contact us and we will do our best to help. In addition, any child over the age of three may use the room unattended at any hour.
Yes! You will start with the FR Fat Loss Food Rules. If there are special concerns or if the “rules” don’t seem to be doing the job, you can schedule a nutritional consultation where we can get more specific and tailor a program to your individual needs.
Here are a few of the shining qualities of F[r]’s food recommendations (besides allowing butter + bacon!) Our program is behavior based- No counting calories or macros. We don’t have a favorite FAD diet-Our food approach is classic + timeless, based on both modern science and ancestral wisdom Proactive and inclusive- You learn the most important nutrient-dense foods to include so the process of elimination happens gradually and naturally. Gradual and sustainable-We do not require extreme cleansing or detoxing to get started. We teach clients to nourish their way into better eating through a process they can own and keep up with for life.
Yes! According to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, physical activity in pregnancy has minimal risks and has been shown to benefit most women. Women should be encouraged to engage in aerobic and strength-conditioning exercises before, during, and after pregnancy. In addition, with Fitness Redefined’s expertise and system of regression/progression, most of our moms to be have been known to workout right up until the day of delivery!
Yes! Our coaches are highly skilled in progressing and regressing movements to suit all fitness levels. In addition, our class sizes are kept small to maximize personal attention and customization. However, if you are in pain or or have other orthopedic or movement issues, we invite you to begin with personal training.
Yes. We have two fully equipped bathrooms with showers. We also have cubbies where you can store your things during your class or PT session. In addition, we offer filtered water and towel service at no additional cost.
Our 12 week Transformation Program provides a high level of accountability plus an opportunity to fast-track results, by learning, strategizing, measuring progress and receiving weekly coaching and troubleshooting to turn inevitable struggles into learning opportunities. You will also receive a guide with resources and worksheets to make sure you are being accountable to the program.
Clients get results at Fitness Redefined because they are focused on the journey. We do not advertise “deals” or per session pricing because the focus becomes our rates instead of your goals and outcomes. During our transformation session, we present all of the pricing options so that you can evaluate whether our program is a fit for you.
