The goal of this conversation is to establish a vision that will set your successful path in motion. If necessary, the F[r] coach will gently suggests ways to shift the way you think about and relate to your body. (let's face it, we tend be tough on ourselves!)

The transformation session begins with a light fitness circuit - this provides an opportunity to energize your metabolism and allows the coach to asses your movement quality.
Following the light workout, we engage in a discussion of your ultimate health vision. When you define the “WHY” that brought you in, that same “WHY” keeps you engaged in the process. Our discussion involves some analysis of your current health efforts. Any advice and insight offered is meant to leave you feeling encouraged and inspired.
